If working out is boring to you, start taking fun things you already enjoy and see how you can mix a bit of exercise with it. If you want to cut back on unhealthy snacks, make them harder to obtain. If at all possible, eliminate junk food from your home. Once you fill your life with healthy food, you will find yourself eating it on a daily basis.

Your friends can’t lose the weight for you, but they can fill that critical support role, and this can mean the difference between success and failure. Even when you are at the end of your rope, your friends can cheer you on and help you stay on track. The ones around you can help you stay on track.
