Here is a tip - why not make the M logo also a favicon? Or better still make the favicon a blue square (with rounded corners) and the chubby white M right in the middle.

Favicons are cool.

Also you could try the new animated favicons (visible in Firefox).

You're quite right. I can't believe I missed that. Favicons are cool. Don't like animated favicons though - they are distracting!
